Oh, where do I begin? 2018 came in with a bang in more than one way. Avon started out slow and I was still trying to figure things out. Then along came a few people that were interested in signing up with Avon.  Yes, I was finally starting that team that I wanted. Soon I realized that maybe this is not at all what I thought it would be. But determined to succeed that was me. I had questions and no answers. 

Then along came RepFest 2018 in Columbus, Ohio. I had a wonderful time and who wouldn’t. Avon knows how to through a party and it was one to remember. I was bound and determined to go to the training and learn about team building as well as other things.  The first thing I was told that people come and go. I didn’t understand it then and still don’t. I have learned to roll with the punches. The best part of this was that I won tickets to the Meet and Greet with Rascal Flatts! What a night that was, meeting and having a photo with the band was a night I will remember for sure. Not to mention, I had 2nd-row seating…..so awesome! Just when you can’t think life can get better. We found out that RepFest 2019 will be in New Orleans. You know I will be there and ready for the fun.  Had my first Uber ride too

Reality is back to the hustle with all the knowledge to start and conquer team building! Before that started, I realized that I made Presidents Club again. Yes, guaranteed 40% earnings on every dollar. Woohoo! Anyways, back to team building. Well, Avon moved that right along with a $10 signup kit. What a success that was! The team grew to 19 and has had a few come and go, but that is ok. I love to see people succeed with Avon. For they truly do give you great incentives, bonuses, and love to reward you with the hard work that you do. 

Campaign 26 2018, just closed out and I will be sitting at selling roughly $18,000 in Avon. Team Sales will be about $30,000. Both were a great increases and I am totally looking forward to what next year will bring me and my team.  If I can do this you can too!

Did you know that Avon comes out with a new campaign every 2 weeks? In addition to these books, they also have flyers and outlet books. You can find these books online, have them sent to your home or get them from an Avon Representative. If you don’t have an Avon Rep, I would love to be her. You can request a book to be sent to you or go online to my Avon Store, you can register to keep you up to date on the specials. (Sometimes there are online only deals only.)
