Yesterday, actually last night a very wise woman opened my eyes to something new but it was old. If that makes any sense. Ever since she mentioned this, I know I want more! I want to be more creative, more from my business and want to help people more than ever. Can you see that I am already thinking of goals for next year?

I have had my Avon business for a couple of years but this year I was surprised at where I have gone with it. Looking forward to more for sure. This business has changed my life in different ways, which is truly amazing. I see it in a few of my team members. 2019 will be awesome!

At some point in our life, we have all heard about cost and value. Do you consider your time valuable? If not, you should! Being a business owner and a busy person in general, I have no time or at least it seems that way. I am all for helping people out. There is nothing like seeing people achieve their goals. Goals do not need to be large! Your goals will change as you grow and achieve the smaller ones. Do you have a goal list? Remember to add all the small ones as well as large ones. Reward yourself for achieving them. You worked hard to get them, In some cases, nobody could do it but you. Back to cost and value before I am sidetracked again. (This happens easy enough.)

Cost is this case would be what you are paying for the product. In direct selling, this would be usually a kit to get you started in your own business.

Value is what your customer believes the product or service is worth to them. As with anything, this varies by the customer as well as the product.  This would include your time. Never short change yourself. Time is everything!
