I have been using the protein powders for a couple of months now. At first, I was all the vanilla.  I started looking for recipes, I have never had anything like this. I wasn’t looking to replace a meal. This is a snack replacement. Some of the recipes I found were more of the chocolate. So I said why not. In the end, chocolate is more of the dessert option. Being that, it is easier to stay with it. Since there is only vanilla and chocolate you kinda experiment with them. I will share some of the recipes that I found. I think a healthier me for the New Year is where I want to be! How about you? To Use
